It’s May! Which means Summers sunny head is starting to peep through, promising to warm us us all up for a few months of extra lazy sunshine, days at the beach, backyard bbq’s and countryside picnics!! (Well here in Ireland we always wistfully dream we will actually get to do all those lovely things, but in truth we usually need to hop on a plane to a neighboring country to get any kind of warmth into our sun-deprived shivering bones! ) But nonetheless a girl can hope, and she most certainly can prepare, just incase this year is the year Irelands weather takes a turn for the better and there’s a call for my summer dresses and shorts!
Most summer preparation involves some refinement of our diets, added exercise and usually bikini shopping! And as we all know bikini shopping is only fun when the body in the bikini (a.k.a our reflection) is looking fit and fabulous and ready for some frolicking on a beach somewhere! And well, while it’s always beneficial to get out there and run, or get to the gym, or eat a salad for lunch, in the weeks leading up to bikini season, there’s one thing you can easily add to your routine which will greatly boost your efforts, and more importantly help all those annoying, orangey peely, unflattering dimples, we all know as cellulite, to take a permanent vacation away from your bum and thighs, to some far flung destination, never to return! Thank GOD!

I’ve personally tried the Fat Flush plan and I still drink pure cranberry juice regularly and my cellulite has diminished big time so I am a big advocate of its benefits. While some people wont like the bitter, tart taste of the cranberry juice in water, you can always buy some stevia packets and sweeten it yourself (which works perfectly and actually tastes better than store bough sugary cranberry juice!)
